Within the second part of this article we will share some tips to avoid vocal fatigue as voice over artists through professional training.

1. Perform warm-up

Performing the necessary warm-up before using your voice will prevent you from damaging your voice while you work.

2. Perform vocal cooling

Vocal cooling is required after one day of a work session. This is not so common, but it is very useful.

3. Keep your own identity performing voice over jobs

Do not try to imitate voices that are not within your record, as this means an overexertion of the voice.

Following these simple tips, we can avoid major alterations in the vocal cords, such as a chordal hemorrhage, nodules or vocal polyps, for example.
